Me and my ex had a falling out and didn't talk for 2 weeks, were now back talking and have seen each other a few times and it has been great.

I basically stopped talking to her as I was going through some big personal issues to do with my fathers recent death which was a suicide. I felt like she didn't support me as much as I needed in that sense through our relationship and it was about her needs and wants most of the time.

I realized through talking with my friends and through thinking about it myself that I didn't give her enough of a chance and I was poor communicator. I wish I had just said I needed a couple days to myself and then talked to her.

I missed her increadibly through the 2 weeks and really feel like she could be the "one" for me and are very compatable. We have been talking and found that both of us had problems communicating among other issues. Our communication has been much better now, but my ex is concerned about "jumping" back into things and is worried I will leave again.

I told her I understand her concerns, but when someone goes through what I did it makes you do some out of character things, still not an excuse though. She understands to a point, but how can I help her feel better about stuff? I really don't want to lose her again and realize what a huge mistake I made :(

Thank you!

She has serious problems and her kid is extremely badly behaved.

If this is ever to work, she needs therapy and the kid needs counselling.

What exactly makes you think you are professionally equipped to be able to 'heal' this all on your own?

A little confused. She does have a child, but I never mentioned her.

I was the one who went through the suicide and I'm now attending counseling to better deal with it...

You had a whole thread on her elsewhere!

The matter was made perfectly clear, there.....

Well what do you think I should do personally?

My mother dislikes her and so does my sister and her boyfriend. I'm starting to think maybe I'm just lost due to my fathers death and if that never happened I wouldn't be having an issue with this break up.

What you should have done from the beginning.

Gone No Contact, stayed No Contact and moved on.

If the general consensus of opinion is that this woman is bad news and all it's doing is phukking you up, perhaps you should listen to some sense.

People who care about you are all telling you she's not a good thing in your life right now.

People on here have said the same.

Don't you think perhaps it would be in your best interests to actually pay attention, maybe?
