AwptiK Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 I'll keep this one really short tonight. Tomorrow marks a month since the breakup. Had my share of ups, and a ton of downs. Tonight...I've found myself on a good "up"! I saw a picture of my ex on Facebook earlier. She showed up in that "people you may know" section. I looked at the picture for a few seconds and thought to myself, "she wasn't THAT pretty." Truth be told, she is a gorgeous girl. But not as insanely, ultimately, (insert utmost-related adjectives) gorgeous as you see your partner when you're in love. Small step: achieved! Justifying my ex as being short of being "all that" is huge for me Goodnight LS 2
lop98 Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 I know that feeling , I saw a picture of my ex 2 days ago and he looked like hell... gaunt and sad, gave me a great smile, then his hook-up showed up and she looked pretty decent, still like a dork but she's stepped it up (she has pressure on the ex side- let's face it). That literally ruined my day and wiped off my smile. 1 step forward, 2 steps back for me. I blocked their accounts right away... 1

That being said, I dont have any clue why people stalk their exes on FB. ...Nothing good will come of it. Just forget about it. Who the eff cares what they look like or what they are doing? The picture I look at the most though, is one I took of her in the morning. When I look at that picture I can't help but think/feel like she's such an adorable, dork.
