Ok.... so I told this guy that I dig him and I think he's awesome last night. I figured I might as well since last time he was over he was hitting on me and flirting with me. He said that he thought I was cool and liked me and would have to think on it. He also went to say that he was really flattered and that no one had ever said anything like that to him before. Anyway, things were a little akward. Should I be preparing for a let down? The coversation just felt like maybe the "we should be just friends" speech would be coming up... or maybe I'm just paranoid. What do you all think?

When he said, "I'll think about it," what he meant was, "Score! Another one in the bag." He knows that he won you and he'll just add you to the pile. If all his better options don't work out, he'll come to you. 99% of the time, girls flat out saying they're obsessed with a guy is the wrong move. It will only work if the obession is mutual, which it's not in this case. Most of the time, when a girl does this to us, we're like, "Uhhh.. what a weird girl. I'm freaked out." Your only option is to slip through his fingers and make him think it was a mistake to say no.

I didn't know telling someone you like them was being obsessive. If that's true then every time he told someone how great I am (which was a lot) or told me how cute I was (which was a lot) must have meant he's crazy. He talked to me for hours on the phone every day and told me all this personal stuff about his life so on and so forth. He put his arm around me last time he was over. So, forgive me but I think that's leading on a little bit. Thank you for your opinion though. Any insight is good.
