Had a dream about her last night woke up too seeing her picture, ugh I can't take this pain anymore, trying so hard to forge her but she creeps up everyday, I loved her with all my heart she broke up because she lost the love for me out of nowhere, I've never felt like this ever

You woke up to her picture? , I suggest you move that photo then as its just going to trigger things, as for the dreams, they will fade eventually, I know they hurt right now to don't dwell on them because they are meaningless. Im 11 month post break up and ive recently dreamt about my ex, the 1st time in months and I actually felt nothing,as will you soon enough,thats a promise. The best advice I can give you is remove all triggers (photos,gifts etc) , delete the ex and their friends off all social networks and basically just keep busy during the day. Believe me,it works,i didn't want to believe it at 1st and once I did all of the above life started to get better,it just takes time that's all. Hang in there pal, you will get there.

As time begins to heal it really sucks when a simple trigger sends you back down to the lowest of lows. I know where you're coming from. I thought and to a point still think I had the perfect life ahead of me. Then within a month everything changed. Her, her love for me and most of all the rest of my life. It sucks losing so much and dealing with the new unknown. But the world will fill in the emptiness over time and you'll realize it wasn't the best. Imagine having a girl in your life that is truly invested in you and loves you and you love her.
