i have a strong attraction to someone i dont even speak to why?

Hey guys so im desperate at the moment for opinions... i am in a great relationship me and my bf have been together almost two yrs sex is great and we get along well always making jokes and all that i can tell him everything about me.... well i got a new job and theres this guy lol his persona is strong everything that appears about him is confident and its just so appealing to me... when i see him i feel this energy between me and him its a thick tension and i feel like i really want him in the most passionate wild crazy way lol.... we dontsoeak to each other but we kinda make it clear with the stares that we are attracted to each other.... i feel super guilty but when i see him i forget about everything and just focus on that energy that i wish got full filled... idk what to think i woukd never want to hurt the guy im with it would break me aoart but why do i feel like this ?????

You're experiencing limerance. Your crush represents something that deep down is missing from either your relationship or you. You don't really want him, you want the idea of him.

 

Either you break up with your current boyfriend and pursue your crush or you avoid him until the feelings die I wouldn't advise the former because workplace romances can be messy and your company might have a policy against it.

 

I'd also try to figure out what it is that you think might be missing. Could it be that you admire the strength, confidence and energy. Perhaps you can work on creating those for yourself. Having just started a new job, perhaps you are feeling a little lost and unsure about yourself. Here is this guy who knows his stuff and you latch onto that. You can learn from his example, but I wouldn't spend too much time thinking about being with him. Firstly, you have a job to do. Secondly, you are in a "great relationship."
