Ok Pumba the comments might seem harsh, but in the end it is someone else's opinion. You do what you feel comfortable doing, and I for one am honestly hoping this turns out to be a good thing, but based on a past experience it may not turn out so.

When I was in college I hung out at this cafe in front of our campus a lot, which is also where highschool kids nearby came to after school. There was this cute highschool kid (15) at the time who always talked to me and kept trying to sit close to me. Even mentioned how cute I was and probably had hot girlfriends and such (flattery much). But I was 19 and in college at the time, and as much as I wanted to ask her out, I felt she was still a kid. So I just kept it platonic.

Anyway, one other guy I knew from class thought she was hot. Long story short, they dated and he pumped and dumped her right away, then went for another girl. Pissed off me and my friends when we heard the news so we beat him up the next time he came around the shop (locked the entrance when he came in and just wailed on him). Girl got so traumatized about it she ended up switching schools and moving out of town.

Tl;dr I had an encouter with something similar, which didnt turn out too good. Maybe he's different, but I tend to be wary of older guys hitting on highschool kids. Take that as it is.

Pumba if he isn't on facebook just give him a call and see how the conversation feels. If the feelings and excitement are still there when you actually talk to him. This forum can be a lot of help but it can also be very ironclad and anal when it comes to certain things, dating someone when they're underage being one of them. Just ignore the people who's advice you don't like. Getting worked up about it will just get you trolled harder.
