Apparently you are a very needy and insecure individual that needs to goad others into a prescribed response to affirm your correctness. You will

Elicit no such response from me.

Most guys dance for the following reasons: because they think it makes them look alpha and ultimately to get laid. Both require the approval of others. Any other questions? Unfortunately they are simply seen as clowns/fools and never taken seriously.

You just have issues and are probably the most socially awkward person in any given room.

I dont dance much and get laid plenty..my dancing consists of simulating sex and grinding my ass against a womens ass :p

Most people think they can dance but in reality look awful:lmao: but more power to them it just doesnt interest me other then feeling on a womens hips and ass

As far as attraction it may enhance if shes already attracted to you but i doubt very much a women can go from eww to wow hes hot because you can dance lol

I'm going to assume there's a typo in that sentence, because dancing ass to ass would probably be THE most ridiculous thing I would ever see on a dance floor...unless maybe if it was two chicks dancing together.

My 1st H could really dance. With him it was a party.

I don't know if there is a connection, but he was by far the best in bed I have ever known. He knew all the right moves and the exercise he got on the dance floor transferred to unbelievable stamina

Incorrect. I do just fine. In fact i just came home from a photo arts group meeting and i am always speaking with someone. Male and female.

He's just pissed cause he can't bust any moves.

Even if i could i wouldn't waste my time. But if it makes you feel important, rant on all you like.

I think people just think it's funny you think so low of people who dance . It comes across as kinda petty.

I got it loud and clear. Its ironic they think i am petty and instead of using compelling arguments they hurl silly insults. Now who is being petty?

Dancing is great! Good way to meet people and show confidence. Girls (at least in my experiences) definitely notice the guy who can bust a move and have fun. Group dances at halls or clubs are pretty sweet. Not much one for grinding though as i dont see that as actual dancing.

When the floor clears a bit you can even stand up and go solo and really be in the limelight if you're feeling it. Did some Michael Jackson moves this one time and topped it off with a moonwalk (that one takes a lot of practice though) and I kid you not, the girls went crazy. It was like the ice simultaneously broke across the room. What a good night =P

Because your dislike of dancing is irrational. It's impossible to reason with a knee jerk reaction.

Yeah, this is a good skill to have. Heck, the confidence even to attempt it is a good skill to have.

But forget about men dancing...what about women who can/can't dance?

There's almost nothing sexier nonverbally than a woman who can dance, or who at least knows how to move. Bars, clubs, etc are full of women who seem to think they're a lot of fun because they can shake a few of the jigglier parts of their bodies, but who just cannot move to save their life. And if you can't move well standing up or keep rhythm with a rhythm being provided, I don't care how revealing your dress is, odds are you can't move very well lying down.

I like dancing if it's a good environment for both dance and conversation. Less crowded clubs, wedding receptions, etc. I can't stand crowded, loud places where you can barely hear the music.

Oh yeah. Women who can dance are one of the biggest turn on's for me. Nothing quite like seeing a lady move to the music with rhythm and finesse. It's definitely sexy.

I just wish women just tell the males what they want and stop it with these clues.

It would be so much easier for me to please a women if I hear tell me exactly what she wants and not let me guess and hope, for her sake, that I know what she is talking about.

All you have to do is ask her.

Professional dancing doesn't bother me. Night club dancing and dancing at weddings. People have a few drinks, hit the dance floor, and make fools of themselves. I am nobody's fool and would never degrade myself like these clowns just to garner attention from the opposite sex.

I will. I just hope I don't get constant negative responses because I'm serious when I say that I don't even know the basics of sex.

And, no, I'm not trusting anything I see from porn.

You're just a big 'fraidy cat...

I actually feel sorry for you... depriving yourself of the JOY of dancing.

That's ok. More floor space for me and my dancing friends!!! ha ha

Spare me your sympathy. I have neither use nor need of it. I do not deprive myself of anything worthwhile. Acting the fool however, is not worthwhile.

"make fools of themselves"? You positively do not get it

We are not out on the dance floor to draw attention to ourselves. It is a party, a celebration, of life, of love, of romance, of sadness and joy.

The urge to dance is very primitive. Have you ever watched the last out in a World Series game, when the winning team meets in the middle of the fields and in mass of up to 40 or men do what can be best described as the bunny hop stomp. It is their way of showing emotion of winning something they have dreamed of for their entire life. It is pure emotion

Couple dancing is similar, but in this case it covers the emotions of love, romance, and just plain life in general. I am alive, you are alive, and the music just makes me want to get up off my ass and shake it to let the world and the creator know that life for me is good. I am not doing it so you can watch, I am doing it for me and my partner, and the other couple out on the floor.

When forced into these situations i don't watch. If at all possible i sit with my back to the dance floor. I pay the spectacle no heed.t
