Nah height isn't a focus for me, this thought just came to me a few hours ago, I was just wondering if I could have an advantage with tall girls.

 

Also I heard a girl being really tall (6ft plus) could be a deterrent for some guys, so maybe less competition?

 

Girls generally prefer a guy who is taller than them, so they tend to limit their dating pool. My ex was around 5'11 and she has never dated a shorter guy. I'm 6'2 and every guy since me has been even taller.

Never really had an issue about my height until I moved to the US. Im 5'2 btw. I usually dated taller girls than me (improvement of the genes hopefully for my kids haha) but I only got over that issu after I got into college and became more comfortable with myself as a person. Plus 5'2 wasnt really too bad, more like the lower end of the average height really.

 

Now moving here to the US was another story. It was much harder to get noticed. Its not that I'm concious about my height, it was more like girls noticing taller guys more. I just go along and be my usual self and have gone out with girls I've never dreamt of going out before. I dated fewer girls than I normally did now since it is harder but I just take it as it is.

 

And yes sometimes I was a few more inches taller

 

 

Where were you before? Have you been rejected, with the female citing your height before?

If it bothers you so much, there are ways to increase your height.....costly and painful, but still a possibility.

 

Even though I can easily afford it, it is not appealing to me. Maybe I am perfect, but I don't want to look disproportional. I'm just surrounded by *******s... Before I diagnose myself with depression.
