Its been a while since Ive had a proper crush. Sure Ive dated and spent time with girls Ive liked, but I havent crushed on someone in a couple or few years. Feels kinda nice. Feels kinda like high school lol. And now Im formulating a plan of attack that will probably fail. But you know me...I have a habit of chasing unavailable girls. And shes a spitfire too? Im game. So tell me about your current crushes? And do you enjoy crushing on someone? Or are you the type to worry when youre crushing? 5

You know, the kind of hope you have, dreams of you two together, plans to ask her out or something. Then comes the rejection and things take a downturn. I've been trying not to crush lately, or at least see if I can get a second or third date first. Heck, this probably isn't the lighthearted, fun post you were looking for.

Harradin Posted April 4, 2013 Posted April 4, 2013 I never got crushes, not until I was 19 turning 20 when I went out with my ex when I kinda skipped the whole crush bit. Now I've got a crush on a fit girl at uni on my course who's started talking to me recently. Don't really know her that well to just make the move, I have to just keep talking to her. I haven't got her number or anything so got to keep working on her, the problem is I'm far too shy because of my last BU, I just start panicking and worrying whenever I'm comfortably talking to girls.

I think I've tried to watch almost every one that has featured him. I would be quite star struck to meet him in real life. I think crushes are great. There's a special feeling about them. 1
Eternal Sunshine Posted April 4, 2013 Posted April 4, 2013 Ooooh I got one on this guy at work. He is a super-geek, think Sheldon from BBT only cuter. I first noticed him in the corridor few months back and when he smiled at me I felt butterflies He is just so adorable. I Facebook friended him and we chatted on there for a bit. He is single and into animals, like myself. We mostly talked about cats He spends his spare time writing computer code I think all flirting is lost on his and I am trying to figure out if I should just ask him to go for a drink, or try to build more friendly rapport first.

There is nothing more stupid than getting feelings for somebody before you've even kissed them. My life would have been so much happier if I could have decided to fall for certain girls, or not. 2

So, I nip 'em in the bud before they get out of control. The last big one I had was years ago for a gal at grad school who I had maybe 15 minutes of total one-on-one conversation with. For some reason, I was ridiculously attracted to her. I still think of her years later every now and then. In the end I decided not to pull the trigger, and I'm really glad I made that decision. 1
