Amahon06 Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Been together for 8 years...long story short, he's my first true love. He's done some pretty messed up things and has broken my trust. Bottom line I've moved back home(300 miles away) and 7 months later hes back asking for a second chance but wants to take things slow..promised he would be better..sad thing is its really hard to get him on the phone he doesn't seem to care about putting in the effort in communication considering that's the only thing we have right now. Scared I'm wasting my time again.

Author Amahon06 Posted April 2, 2013 Author Posted April 2, 2013 Thanks I told him this morning to just drop it that he shouldn't have came back into my life 7months down the road if he wasn't going to give 100% he keeps blaming work but the store closes at 9pm So he's home by 10-1030 so there's really no excuse to pick up the phone for at least 30 min. I mean if i honestly want someone as much and he said he did, I would fight sleep and come hell and high water i would do what it took to get that person back in my arms! But maybe that's just me..so i just told him to go back to whatever he was doing before because what he was doing wasn't enough and all it was doing was hurting me again! *sigh* some people sometimes just never change and u gotta accept that no matter how much u love a person sometimes love alone isn't enough :/
blindhope Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 I wouldn't even give an ultimatum. It shows that your willing to take him back at a point. Let him prove it and earn it back on his own. He needs to show you that he's willing to go through what ever it takes to win you back and at the risk your not waiting. Then you'll know for sure. If he knows your waiting, he can put on what every act he wants.
