mesmerized Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 No amount of gym time will change this...nutrition is the only way... haha, he knows. He likes the junks he eats too much. In any case, the muscle mass underneath came from working out, he wasn't quite born that way! 2
tuxedo cat Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 He's pretty perfect here. Chubbed a little since, though.
Pompeii Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 Your Body Type - Ectomorph, Mesomorph or Endomorph? | Muscle & Strength I know that these are extreme examples, but I basically have the same proportions and body shape as the mesomorph... Wouldn't the ottermode = mesomorph? Or is the mesomorph of the same build but larger? I'm not seeing the difference, probably because there isn't much of one. I must be a mesomorph, then, because I definitely don't have the flat curveless shape of the ecto. Ottermode seems like ecto to me.
Pompeii Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 A little advice for the younger guys: Unless you're particularly fat or skinny, it's not going to matter. Exercise for health, not attracting women. If you want to attract women, your time is better spent working on your personality, social skills and career than trying to chisel your body. Well, to be honest, I'd much rather have a ripped body than have "personality". Girls aren't attracted to personality at first sight. I've had friends that have had girls want to feel their muscles. Some of these friends weren't the best of people.
