kaylan Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Most of the "athletes" I know look like ottermode or skinnyfat. Juicers and people who crap supplements usually look like the "Althetic". ??? Its not stupendously hard to get the athletic look. Plus the dude is hardcore flexing in that photo. And you dont need steroids for that look.

Kaylan, I like you, but you are smoking some serious shwag if you think it's not stupendously hard to get THAT athletic look. That dude is muscular at roughly 6-7% bodyfat. That IS stupendously hard to get. Otherwise everyone would be walking around looking like that. He's not flexing. He's ripped. Huge difference. 2
kaylan Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 (edited) And my opinion on the OP, Id say most women in real life would more so go after the athletic number 3.I'd like to look like this or this. I currently look like this (except white of course). Not sure where any of that fits on the chart... pics or gtfoKaylan, I like you, but you are smoking some serious shwag if you think it's not stupendously hard to get THAT athletic look. Dude...models flex for ANY photo shoot. When I flexed and showed some girls here my body shot, the reactions clearly showed me what good shots and a good flex can do. The dudes in great shape...but its dumb for someone to automatically assume steroids. I still dont think his body is amazingly hard to get. A bodybuilders physique is loads harder to acheive....even a natural bodybuilder. Guess its just my ectomorph side talking...as I dont find cutting extremely hard. Building muscle is whats hard for me. Then again, the OP photo isnt large on my screen, so I cant correctly eyeball the dudes body fat % Edited April 2, 2013 by kaylan

sweetkiwi Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Lol I have nothing to prove. Let me be the judge of that.
Michelle83 Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Othermode or athletic for me. I like them muscular but not ultra veiny and so big. Then it's a turn off. I'd also rather have a bit chubby than too skinny. 1
ascendotum Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 (edited) I like scrawny men because I can through them up against a wall, have my way with them and not feel like Im thrusting against a tyrant in all seriousness You're weird! I used to get knocked back because the girls would say skinny = "I dont want a guy I can beat up'. They would never take up the offer to do an arm wrestle to prove it. With that picture, I reckon there is a distortion to gym enhanced physiques that make it a bit unfair as well. There is not an 'average/regular' option there. You could easily add in more combos if you overlay meso, ecto, endo frame types with those body shapes. I have ranged from skinny, ottermode to builtfat, and the latter was the best when it came to women for me. I also agree with Kaylan that you don't need juice to get that athletic (cut) look. It would be extremely difficult for some, but not too hard for some others with quite a few years of hard training under their belt and a cutting up phase to get that look. tuxedo cat Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 I don't like big muscles. I don't think many women do. Gay guys seem to be more into them. 1
tuxedo cat Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 (edited) Young Richard Gere had the my ideal build for a guy. Yum. Broad shoulders and chest, thin but not too thin, muscular but not too muscular, tall but not too tall/lanky (think he's about 5'11"). Most Hollywood stars these days are too beefy for me. Especially don't like when a guy is small but jacked. Looks like trying too hard. Edited April 2, 2013 by tuxedo cat 1

A good looking guy like him, would not need to hit the weights to make his sex life that much better, but making a conscious effort to stay in shape would keep him in the zone for longer in his his life when it comes to women. You're weird too if you reckon that last boy is no good because he's trying too hard. Sure he would do alright with the girls if he never went to the gym, but if bulked up, he would do even better (hotter girls + more overt flirting from them + less time from hello to let me show what a dirty girl I am)...if that's what mattered to him.
fortyninethousand322 Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 pics or gtfo No thanks. I really don't feel like taking shirtless photos of myself to show to a guy online. I'm sure you're lovely and all but no. 2
StanMusial Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 This is kind of like a height thread. It doesn't matter; if you have a busted mug, getting a few muscles sticking out is not going to help.
Jane2011 Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Skinny, other mode, skinny fat, built fat. Same for me.
Jane2011 Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Same for me. Well, I've also dated one "athletic" guy and liked him. He was a personal trainer. He looked very good but not overly built.

Eh, if you're a guy you can't really get into a woman's head and understand what she finds sexy. He was blessed with both a hot body and face. 1
mesmerized Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 I see guys hotter than Richard Gere on a daily basis...But I don't find Gere particularly attractive in the first place. At the end, it's all subjective anyway. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. 2
tbf Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Eh, if you're a guy you can't really get into a woman's head and understand what she finds sexy. He was blessed with both a hot body and face.I'm also not a Zac Efron fan, finding him pretty but boring. Not a Richard Gere fan either. So this goes to prove that women differ in their preferences. Timothy Olyphant isn't objectively a big deal but in his role as Raylan Givens, there's something about him.
ThaWholigan Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 As a guy, it's better to get a body that you like that suits you and your build. Like for me, I have a naturally large frame with broad shoulders, so if I do work out strongly (which I have been doing for a short while now) I will end up quite big naturally, even when lean. It's no use trying to guess which look is the most popular and try to get it just because the girls like it. Girls will vary - there will be builds that are popular among some girls, and some other builds popular among others. As long as you're somewhat fit and functionally strong, it won't matter a big deal. Hell, there's fat guys I know that get girls. Even the short ones. 4

I'm a lean, ballerina build. The is absolutely no use in me trying to be thick and curvy because it is popular The good news is, there is someone out there for everyone 1
miss_jaclynrae Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 I've been with so many different men with various builds it doesnt really mean much to me. I am definitely not into super fit guys though. I like my men with some meat.

I've seen a lot of girls online say that . Not into the fit guys. I've seen it play out in real life too. When I was younger, my mum kept discouraging me from lifting weights because she didn't want me to get big and cut. Like a fool, I listened to her .
KungFuJoe Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 It's pretty common for women to prefer the bigger yet not ripped guy. I know my wife REALLY liked me when I was up to 215...but I had gained weight too fast and was flabbier than I wanted at roughly 17-18% bodyfat but she loved it. I'm at 200lbs now at roughly 15-16% bodyfat (which is still a bit higher than I would like). My goal is to keep my same weight but at 12-13% bodyfat.
