ON MY OWN Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 Does anyone know if any employer is obligated to give you a copy of anything in your work file? (and also if you ask) I have read some yes and some no. I am in an at will state. I hear most US states are for the most part at will states. I am confused b/c I have seen both. Can anyone who knows for sure shed any light on this? Thanks!
