another one of her best friends just got in touch to ask how i'm doing

she said she knew I was probably going through sh*t right now but she hopes i'm doing okay and asked if I was out tomorrow night.. the thing is, is am out tomorrow night with another girl.. same town but different bar/club. I really do not want to bump into my ex, her new boyf/my old friend and all her friends whilst i'm out with a new girl.. that could potentially be really awkward. by the way i'm so nervous about going out with someone new I haven't done this in a while hopefully the nervousness will go away when I let the liquor do the thinking haha. Really not looking to jump into a relationship but I think the texting a new girl and talking daily has been really nice. she's a really nice girl and it's a shame I have all the heartbreak of my ex still lingering around because if I never knew my ex i'd be so excited this girl is talking to me.

 

just wanted to update ls and say i'm feeling a lot more positive. i'll probably come back down again but right now I feel pretty cheery and excited about tomorrow night. i'm hanging out with friends tonight getting take out and playing xbox etc. this weekend seems to be pretty good.

yeh have a few beers, will make things a bit easier and most importantly have fun, laugh and be really interested about what she has to say, dont just act like your having fun. you probably already know this, and focus on the positive, you have friends and a girl to go out into town with, you are one step ahead of many of us here! have a great weekend!
