I miss her, so much. I don't know if today is a bad day but I really don't know what to do with myself.

I can't even talk to a girl because I feel like I'm doing wrong-doing and really I don't think I can be bothered to talk to them, if that makes sense. I'm going out on Friday and I don't even know how I'll react. I don't want to sulk around my friends and spoil their night.

I don't know, I want to move on but I don't feel I can. The thought of her with another person makes me absolutely sick to my stomach.

You feel bad now when you are alone but when you go out you will enjoy yourself in good company. Your friends will do things to cheer you up so just try to go out and have some fun. After my breakup I was in the same place and couldn't envision myself going out to have fun but when I did I ended up having fun even if it was only a few hours.

You will of course have to get a hold of yourself during your alone times and do things to improve yourself or keep yourself busy. The more you are alone and brooding the more trouble you will have, but keep in mind you do have to take the time to reflect and understand what you want to improve in your life.

Reflect on things, plan things to change, accept things as they happened, and then get out there!

^ THIS!!!

keep in mind that SHE isn't feeling the way YOU are right now, and possibly NEVER will.

These are things wei must remind ourselves of daily/hourly.

I'm lucky that I have a VERY sweet woman who adores me- yet i can't let go of the thought of my ex with her new...

Who loses here?

US my friend! And we aren't being fair to other people.

It's a daily struggle, but remember- our ex's don't worry about us. And yes, its totally sucks, but it seems to be reality.

Hey buddy, I went out like that to keep busy, it was nice to see friends but at the same time i was not myself all night. Go out for as long as you can. Make sure you are not trapped and can get home if you are just not feeling it. Every girl will probably look like her from behind and you will probably be looking around every second almost afraid you will run in to her.

Don't get effed up booze wise to try and have a good time because you will ABSOLUTELY regret that the next day. (Because the alcohol is a depressant you will likely feel even more hurt the next day.)

I have gone out 3 different weekends and it gets better each time. It still hurts, but I do feel slightly better each time.
