BassWalker Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 I'm trying to improve myself physically. I'm working out. I'm improving my cardio. I also set a challenge to accomplish a physical task that I never could do before. Anyhow, I decided to try to learn how to juggle and walk on my hands. I'm 33, so it's not real easy to start to learn something news. I really struggled with both. I put in at least a month of practice. Finally, last week I managed to walk on my hands for over a minute. Then today, I Juggled for 3 ball for 2 minutes. It might be a small accomplishment, but my shoulders are stronger and my hand eye coordination is improved. I'm going to stick with them but I've set up some new challenges. I want to be able to curl 40 lbs for 40 reps. Right now I'm at 40lbs at 8 reps, I so got some work to do.
Sunshinegrl Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 Congratulations! Walking on your hands for over a minute is a really cool accomplishment. Are you sure it wasn't under water! Ha, ha. Only kidding. Physical challenges like that put so much fun into working out. Soon you'll be breakdancing! What do you think about that?
