There are alot of men who have weight, age, skin color, hair color and race requirements. No one guilts them about their preferences.

I so wish this was the truth about taller guys. It is not. Height isn't the ONLY thing you gals are picky about otherwise I wouldn't be here and actually I don't even know why I'm STILL here, I have all of my questions answered LOLOL.

Men are not made to feel guilty about the preferences they have in a partner. Women just learn to adjust according to the standards men set. Like for instance, I will straighten my hair, brighten my skin, try to stay slim because those are all standards that men deem as attractive in a woman

Hell yeah they do, all the time.

 

Plus, I see men as a whole having more diverse tastes, while with women it seems to be just race as the varying factor .. dudes with strong jawlines, chiseled muscles, tall. Tall is optional, I know a lot of girls who like hot 5'7"ers or even shorter.

She can't really change her skin tone.:laugh: There are tons of things about appearance we can't change unless we are willing and have the money to go through crazy surgeries which most of us don't.

skin tone can be changed. there are advancements now that allow this to be possible

yeah and you'll end up looking like michael jackson! This crap can cost you your physical/mental health! there are surgeries/pills for increasing height too, doesn't mean they should be expected.:rolleyes:

no, MJ used something different, benoquin, which made him too pale. there are advancements now where you can brighten evenly and it looks natural. I've seen a few members on this skin lightening forum do it. you would think they were born that color

Honey, all these new stuff that is changing something significant about you can have many adverse effects. Specially since they are new and not tested enough. Even getting a tan, which is a natural process can cause you skin cancer/rapid aging etc.

 

It's up to you what you want to do with your body...but men expecting women to go through all this crap to become that one specific image they find perfect is ridiculous and more ridiculous are us women giving in to it. We already do enough and spend enough money on makeup and other cosmetic and skin care stuff as it is.

I'm just trying to get closet to the ideal standard of beauty as possible so that I can have more success in dating. I have to be able to compete with all of these lightskin/mixed/white/asian girls out here. Lightskin is a prerequisite for a lot of men

Just recently white men have been finding that 'big bubble booty' look attractive largely due to the influence of hip hop videos making it widely popular now. I know you're going to deny it, because that is what you do, but those very features, big butt, large lips, etc were things that whites made fun of on blacks years ago...but now you find it attractive
