My FWB of 8 months contacted me. Somehow in my head I convinced myself that he loves me. He text me on Valentines Day "lets just end this" I will not be responding. 30 days exactly March 14 he contacted me and basically pretended like nothing happened and wanted to pick up where we left off. He told me he care about me very much and he needed to let me go so he wouldn't hurt my feelings and say something he didn't mean. He said he felt attacked. He said many things that made me understand how sincere he was except "why is he quickly trying to get me back into his bed? He has several women he could call to get sex from.

So far he has asked to see me around 6 times and each time I have told him no. It told him I need to think about rather I am willing to enter into the same situation I was in before and this time it would be worse because I will be doing it consciously. He said he understood, yet he still texts. Texting was never his forte.

Now 10 days since he first reached out to me. I feel myself getting weaker and weaker. I then realize that a man who truly cares for me would do more to show me. So here I am waiting to see something more than a booty call and texts. It's just not enough

I guess I would like to know how do I know if he is serious? He claims to care about me very much and didn't want to be without me. I still have not made time to see him and its been 2 weeks since be first contacted me and he has called literally every day to see me. I am getting weak.

Have you actually told him that you want more than just sex? If not..how is he supposed to know? If you have, and he said no..then you need to drop him like a hot potato.
