Just for you TFW...and yes it's quite spiritual!

Love Iron Butterfly!! Thank you! I agree many songs invoke spiritual emotions. When it comes to non-Christian, I prefer positive uplifting like Beatles "all you need is love" (46 year anniversary of release was just a few days ago I believe).

This one has been my fav lately lol

99% of the links I put up have a major special meaning, marking an event or person in my life...my life is gauged by music and am depressed if music isn't present.

Well, this comes as no surprise because you are a deep person:) and not superficial.

Thanks, :), it seems that we both measure our lives through music.

ELO was one of the best stage acts I've seen...Aerosmith was good too, but to watch those guys play their instruments behind their backs...

:D The truth be told, I do have a deep, resonant voice, a great radio voice, and I did have the option to pursue a career in voice work. I even had a music professor bugging me to join his vocal group while I was attending college, so I guess I had potential, but I never pursued that or had any training.

On the spiritual/inspirational side, The Planets, by Holst, always gets to me.

I knew it! Usually when picking up something that strong, am rarely wrong. Your depth is too deep not to be into vocals (on some level). So you're self taught, even better.

Loved the link, instrumental wow. In the listings that accompanied the link, found this rather fascinating.
