Author idontknow98 Posted March 20, 2013 Author Posted March 20, 2013 The title is supposed to say "What are your opinions?"

Did you break up with her or the other way around? Doesn't matter really, just curious.
srivers89 Posted March 20, 2013 Posted March 20, 2013 Stay far away for the sake of yourself I think you should forge your own path from here on out and avoid repeating the same things over and over. 1

IMO, without me details, it is hard to say for sure - not all dumped-and-wants-the-dumpee-back cases are successful in reconciliation and reunion, not all are failures either, but to know for sure time to let the dust settle should be allocated first off.
Author idontknow98 Posted March 20, 2013 Author Posted March 20, 2013 Give her time. Did you break up with her or the other way around? Doesn't matter really, just curious. I dumped her...like an idiot.
Amelie1980 Posted March 20, 2013 Posted March 20, 2013 I dumped her...like an idiot. So did she reach out first?
Author idontknow98 Posted March 20, 2013 Author Posted March 20, 2013 So did she reach out first? Well..I told her it was all a mistake like a week after the breakup and she still wouldn't give me another chance. At that time we both weren't really thinking straight so we went NC for over a month and then she contacts me wanting to reconcile and what not. So me being stupid, I thought this would be the right time to ask her if she wanted to try again and she says she isn't ready for that yet so here I am.

Unfortunately, you now have to accept the consequences of what you did... There was a saying I saw on here that someone posted... It read soomething to the effect..."never break up with someone unless you are prepared to NEVER get them back"....So true. She might be thinking that shed get hurt again and just doesn't want that to happen...You can't blame her. TFOY 1

She did say that she would get back together with me..just not right now. She said that we should spend some more time talking and see where it goes.
crimsonite Posted March 21, 2013 Posted March 21, 2013 Yeah, I understand. She did say that she would get back together with me..just not right now. She said that we should spend some more time talking and see where it goes. Yeah.. I'd say give her time and space that she wanted. Don't pressure her or force her to get back with you. As long as you give her that time and space, she'll eventually be ready and come back to you.
