If someone said this to you, what would it mean?

Posted

It means the person wants to feel comfortable in wanting that person that the person doesnt mind that the other person wants them...that it is mutually reciprocated and accepted...full circle

Posted

whoever says that wants to feel like you want them, like you need them. They want to feel desired, loved, craved.

They aren't sure you're comfortable with them pursuing you. They want you to be happy with that; they want you to be pleased that they want you.

What's the context?

Posted

They want to feel wanted by you wanting them so they wanted to express their want of you wanting them.

Hopefully you want to want them.

I just realized It's the other way around.

She wants him to want her to want him.

Man this is like a logic paradox.

It was just something a guy I used to know said to me once, and I have always wondered what exactely he meant because I have always been thinking it was a curious thing to say :).

He also referred to this song by Bob Dylan, is your love in vain. I dont know Dylan that well and I am not good with riddles, so thougth that you guys in here might have a clue ;).

If someone said this to me, I would think they were insecure, but if they were sure that I wanted them, then they wouldn't feel insecure anymore because they would really know that I wanted them.
