I just wonder how long after going out with someone dose it become a proper date? How long after seeing someone do you expect to get a snog? Do you expect to get a hug the first time you go out with someone? What do you think if your date dose not make an effort to look nice? What you think if your date lives in say the next town from you and you have to keep going to meet him or her and she or he will not come to meet you? What do you think if after a few times of meeting you go to hug goodby and they quickly turn there head away to one side?

I think I should stop wasting my time and find a new proper date

What are my thoughts on dating someone new?

A mix of

"This again? How many more times do I need to start over?"

And

"New relationship, new fun, let's enjoy this."

Each individual goes about things a different way, it becomes exclusive when you've talked it over and agreed to be exclusive. As to what is deemed proper or not at the beginning varies with each individual. If they're more reserved, they take it slow, if they're all in from the get-go it can end up everything happening very quickly.

Most of your questions depend on the two individuals involved, their chemistry, the context, their history, etc.

Dating is a social interaction. Just as with befriending someone, there are no hard and fast rules. Each person will approach things differently and adjust based on the reaction from the other person involved and whether you "click" with each other.

I'm tired of dating to be honest. I just want to find my love of a lifetime. The women I'm suppose to spend the rest of my life with. I thought that was my wife, but I guess I was wrong, so I'm trying to find a new wife. I just can't seem to find her.

That's so sweet ;) I met a man like you. He didn't date for seven years, for the same reason as you. We're getting married in May! It is awesome when you find it.

I've losing faith that my wife is out there. I've kind of given up right now, and I'm not pursuing anyone since I'm so frustrated with dating.

I think with someone new, you just have to be patient and have an open mind. Remember that everyone is on edge on a first date, so it might take a second or third date to really get an idea if you're going to click with somebody. Try to relax, ask a lot of questions, find things you have in common and talk about them. Don't talk about people or gossip. And definitely don't discuss the Kardashians or Honey Boo Boo! Good luck!

Sounds like you're burned out ATM. Happens to all of us at some point. Take a short break. Focus on yourself for a bit. Then come back and try again. Lots of women (and men) looking for life partners. Sometimes it's a challenge to find them in the noise, but they're definitely out there. Just takes a little patience and persistence.

I don't think there is a set time line for everything. A new relationship should happen organically. Just keep the communication lines open, be honest, and be ready for a relationship. The rest should flow on its own.
