You guys are going to be receiving lots of questions from me as I am new to relationships. So my girlfriend and i text and call each other all the time and hangout almost 24/7 as many of you know. I've been busy half the day for about 5 hours now and have not texted her at all and she has not texted me. She always tells me what shes doing even though she doesnt have to. I tell her what I'm gonna do even though i dont have to. Is it good for the girlfriend to chase after her man once in awhile by letting her text first? I used to be really clingy but now I am getting better at not being so clingy to her and can leave her alone for 5 hours and not care.

 

Some days I allow her to text me first to not seem so clingy.

Short answer, yes. You need to ease off and give her some space sometimes. If she likes you she'll initiate contact pretty soon, and it's always nice to find out you're appreciated once in a while

OP, I have no reason to lie to you. You can either take your foot off the accelerator, put yourself first, or listen to women like the one above and suffer through many years of BS drama. I mean, even in their advice they tell you to play games,

Generally, it depends if your able to get women or not rather than how you treat them.
