Ex keeps getting in touch every 2 to 3 weeks?

Not sure why, ranges from nice to nasty comments (one sentences) then goes silent again

 

Never makes a conversation, so I wonder...

 

What's up with that? What is the point? Just find it odd and pointless, other than to upset me and remind me he's there?

 

Any insights or opinions would be great

Sounds to me like he's frustrated at the fact your not begging for him back, guys do that, nibble away wondering where there going to get there next ego massage, don't give it to him, **** him!, he ended it, his problem, not yours.

I have been NC, just kind of annoying. He abandoned me, and I'm moving on.

Just think it's nasty to do what he's doing, like breaking my heart isn't good enough?

He's selfish, that's what he is, he's not thinking of you, he's thinking of him, bet it was like that the whole time you guys were together, good on you for going no contact, don't give him the opportunity to break your heart and disown you again.
