rach24680 Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 I started dating a guy a week after i broke up with my long term boyfriend of 4 years. This new guy was great, we went on dates for 2 months, hooked up a few times, but it eventually fizzled out. i didn't know why at first but now i do. As i had just come out of a long relationship, i treated this new guy like a boyfriend, constantly messaging him and asking him out on dates and even though we had a good time i can only imagine how strongly i came onto him! And that's enough to scare any potential partner! It's been 5 months since i last saw him and I'm in a fantastic state of mind and i realise i don't have to rely on people (and perminately hassled them) for affection. I am now wondering if i can ask him for a second chance at dating, but i don't know how I'd go about it without sounding really daft! Also we have mutual friends, if that helps... Any ideas?
