Idungetit Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 Met my ex gf today. I was the dumpee, and it has been around 2 months with no contact though she was the one that wanted to remain friends. The last message was me sending her some supportive message and her reply was just haha ok. She's the friendly and hyper kind of girl. Even when passing by acquaintance on the street, she'll wave hi happily with a big smile. But when her clique passes my group today, some of her friends wave hi to mine but she was just looking down as she walk past. I was at the distant end of the group, but I'm pretty sure she noticed. What does that means? Her previous short messages showed she had clearly moved on though.

She may not have noticed you, she may have had a lot on her mind, she may have been having a bad day and the thought of raising a smile was too much for her at that particular moment. It could have been one of many things. Unfortunately, it could indicate she's moved on further. My ex wanted to be friends after she dumped me, but about 6 months ago she stopped acknowledging me in the street. A mutual friend informed me (although I didn't ask so I don't know why he did) that she just couldn't be bothered anymore. I looked happy, she was with someone else, why bother. This may not apply in your case but it can happen
