We're currently seniors We were best friends since 8th grade but during junior year we stopped talking because she was upset at me and how I was spending too much time with another girl. A couple months ago I called her asking why we stopped talking, she was in tears and sobbing saying that I was mean and the reason she's crying was that I was her "first crush." She says that she doesn't want to be friends with me again. Last month she asked me to the Sadie Hawkins dance where the girl asks the guy. We had a great time, held hands, and slow danced. Afterwards we started texting and chatting with each other again. Problem is that I'm usually the one initiating all of the conversations, texting first, making the calls, etc. Meanwhile with her friends and her one best guy friend, she's usual starts the convo. I'm the jealous type and the fact that she spends so much time with her best guy friend, who's a sophmore, is driving me mad/jealous. I've been making efforts to hangout with her but she's been quite busy. Everytime we hangout though we always have fun, we hold each other's eye gazes, smile, and flirt with each other. But i'm still unsure of what her feelings are because she's so hard to read. Sources say that if I asked her to prom it would be a definitive yes and that she likes me, but other sources states that I might just be a friend. So what do you think, does she like me?
