stas Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 I'm 18, essentially i went through some issues in highschool that prevented me from every truly getting involved with girls seriously. As a result i don't have much experience relationship wise. But i just got out of my first relationship (3 months) and it was god awful, but i don't want to get jaded just some input. This girl would not get intimate past small kisses or cuddling unless she was drunk. On top of that she would always keep her friends around all the damn time. I cared about her so i was patient but it really got worse once we started dating. She would shut down everytime we had a problem and would pout or push all the blame on me. And she never would compliment me at all or do anything resembling giving. The confusing part about it all? A close friend told me she like me more than any guy in a long time. Once i got tired of this behavior and got distant she was crying, so i tried to get my act together and show her i cared and she got cold and distant (especially when i tried to talk about her intimacy problem). She treated me awful for a week and then dumped me. Tried desperately to keep me as a friend even showing up to a ton of games i played in, which honestly just seems mean after you just broke up with me. I've been civil and eventually told her i thought we should just move on and not be friends. She acted mean and essentially like we meant nothing. I said whatever no hard feelings and bye. Since then she's seen me being fine (new job, happiness) and texted me then ignored. So its just been a miserable confusing process. Please tell me **** like this is the exception.
