in a nutshell:

go No Contact

Date other people

break NC after X amount of time

workout

find new hobbies...ect

 

that basically sums up all of the "get your ex back" systems, save your money. You'll find much more valuable info on this forum free of charge. If you're still curious, do a little searching and you'll find that ebook download for free.
