Depression hit me hard

Had my final surgery Friday and just got home from the hospital today. I was really dreading that day for numerous reasons but the biggest thing was the fact my Ex wouldn't be there to help me through this one like 3 last three. I've been doing great with NC and felt fine but I dunno I literally felt more depressed than I ever have not having her by my side through this. Sigh .....

Be strong!!! I understand you. After you'll feel physically better you will also get mentally stronger. It is already hard to deal with a breakup so I can imagine how hard it is to you. Feel better! Good Luck!!!

It's rough going through this alone. Like what she did to me is unforgivable but she was there when I needed her and helped me through all of this and I knew I was going to feel like this after I woke up after the surgery. Just smashed me to pieces and really made me realize nothing is like it was.

Tell me about it. I'm not grieving properly, I haven't shed a tear since he broke up with me. I was ok the last 2 days but this morning I woke up feeling ****ty. Lonely and missing him bad.
