AmIDreaming Posted September 7, 2004 Posted September 7, 2004 Hi, I live in Canada. I have been seperated from my wife since April, but we haven't had the seperation agreement notarized yet. It's written up and signed by us, but not by a lawyer. I know she is seeing a guy, but I didn't know how seriuos it was ... until this weekend. They went away, and I was over by the house, taking care of some stuff. I was in the bathroom, looking for something, when I found a used pregnancy test. So they have been sleeping together at least since June (the date on the receipt was August 6). Does this mean the one year waiting period for filing for divorce on my part does not apply? Thanks for your help.
Pocky Posted September 7, 2004 Posted September 7, 2004 Don't you have a lawyer? Is there a website with Canadian rules for divorce?
