How do you feel when your ex gets engaged?

I dated a girl for almost 5 years...was engaged and she broke it off about 2.5 years ago. She met a guy shortly after we broke up and dated him for about a year. I herd a few months ago that she was engaged to the same guy. At first it was a gut check...but then I felt really free. Its kind of hard to explain. A part of me wish she is happy and that she lives a happy life. The other part of me hopes her marriage fail. And I HATE feeling like that. I'm not sure if I have anymore deep feelings for her but lately she keeps popping in my head throughout the day. How have you guys reacted about an ex getting married?

Yeah don't worry about it. Different people do things at different speeds. It doesn't make her greater or lesser than you...just at a different place in her life than you are.

when i hear exes are getting married? i often feel sorry for the guys marrying them.
