Thunderchild Posted March 8, 2013 Posted March 8, 2013 I have just revised my online profile at a local dating site: Hi there. I'm a published author (writing sci-fi for teens/young adults and historical fiction). In a previous life, I did have a proper job working in HR/Training before taking up this novel writing malarkey. I have a good sense of humour, plus my own hair and teeth (always a bonus!!) I can be quite mischievious and spontaneous at times, reliable, caring, considerate, respectful and passionate (about a lot of things). I'm looking for a woman who inpsires me to be the best that I can be. Caring, considerate, passionate and genuine. A non-smoker with a sense of humour/fun. A love of Rugby Union and dogs would be (very) favourably received as would an endless supply of paper hankies and access to unlimited hugs for when Scotland play. Yes? No? Maybe?
ThatJustHappened Posted March 9, 2013 Posted March 9, 2013 That's very funny. I'd date you based on that profile..if you didn't live 6000 miles away from me. 1

ThatJustHappened Posted March 9, 2013 Posted March 9, 2013 Scotland is pretty and your accents are sexy (usually..sometimes they're confusing and I can't understand what you're saying), but California is warmer! I was proposed to by several drunk Scotsman when I was there..that was..umm..an experience I'll never forget for sure. I was also forced to drink Guinness. I don't even like the watered down American version of it, over there it's just vile.
