Farough Posted March 6, 2013 Posted March 6, 2013 im the dumpee my girlffriend of 5 years dumped me for no reason i have to say exactly signs of gigs(grass is greener syndrome we both plan to get married, 5years we never had asingle problem , not a single time ! yea unbelievable, welove each other so much , even a night before she block me , shetelling me like always its her biggest wishto marry me , we planned to get married after my exam ( for last 6 months im living in another state because of my studies , but only 4 more months it will be over) so i started to contact ,after trying to reach her for a week but jo reply to me now 2days no contact,im kind of sure she will get new relationship soon do you does itmake sense if isend her email and tell her if she get into new relationship i will not accept her anymore!? any other plan u can suggest me? she has exact sign on G.I.G.S no reply from her from past week, im blocked from her phone,fb,email and everywhere ! its happend suddenly, morning i woke up and buuuum help please thanks

Issuing threats and ultimatums hardly works in relationships.....plus you can only control your actions not her's.

The rest of the thread is written by other members who also wanted to do something to rescue a relationship, and they eventually realised it was a bad idea....

No!! You do, nothing, you say nothing, you send nothing, you communicate - NOTHING!! No Contact means - NO contact! No More contact! Finished! This is it! OVER!! Do not get in touch with her, write to her, text her, discuss anything with her, talk to her or anything else!! Delete her every way you possibly can, block her number, unfriend her on Facebook, and block all possible means of contacting her! REad - The - No Contact - Guide!! There are NO exceptions- this - is it!!

Author Farough Posted March 7, 2013 Author Posted March 7, 2013 (edited) today my friend start chating with her ! and she was just lying to my friend that i didnt care for her blah blah blah just to convience herself that she is not doing anything wrong my friend told her to stop lying and all , i didnt know they were chating by the waynimwentmto the psychologist and doctor told me inhave signs of schizophrenia because of too much thinking about her i guess and my friend told her be happy what u did to him , he has got schizophrenia,i didnt tell him to chat with her or talk about all this then i got email she told me tell your dumb friend stop contacting me i replied ok done , carry on with your beautifull life and the people around u as you told me before they are better than me she send me email and said! **** off and be happy with your new girlfriend! total crap i replied i have value for myself and other people i dnt have new girlfriend, be happy woth new people around you who is carring for you this days i think i did mistake by replying her what do you think i had to do? or what i should do now? what does it mean when she sent me msg and said ****k off with ur new girlfriend! what does she mean? is she worried about my schizophrenia or she is just angry? does she care or not please reply to me questions thanks Edited March 7, 2013 by Farough

I'm not a psychologist, but I'm pretty sure thinking of someone too much isn't a sign of Schizophrenia. Not that its a healthy thing to do, but this situation seems dubious to me. Just walk away and retain as much dignity as you can going forward. It hurts, yes. But after having pined for my ex for over a year my biggest regret was how much time I wasted hoping she'd come back. But what I can look back on with pride is how I never faltered in NC. No call, texts, letters, visits. I vanished. And I can at least say that even though I wasted time thinking about her, she never knew it. 1

You just have to leave her to it. You can either listen to me and say yourself the trouble or go ahead and try all you can wasting your time but either way you will find out that there was nothing YOU could have done. It's all left to her now. When she realises you will hear from her. It may be too late by then because you may have moved on by then. And if you haven't then maybe you two can sort something out

There's nothing you can do but heed the advices given by the people here. No matter how much you need her back it won't happen. If she has GIGS she might realize what she's missing (hopefully you) so then maybe you'll have a chance to get back together but very low possibility it'll work out in the end. Sorry to say that. Really...nothing you can do now except NC.
