BetheButterfly Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 I miss him so much. I'm out of town with family for about a week, but I really miss my husband. It doesn't feel right being so far away from him. This is the 2nd time we have been apart since marriage. The first time was when my Grandpa died and I went to his funeral. My husband couldn't come then nor could he come now because of his work. He doesn't complain, even though he would like to come with me. I really appreciate his hard work and his awesome job in providing for us. While I help some with earning money, he carries most of the financial weight and possibly will when I get pregnant too. The words "I miss you" just don't seem enough to convey how much I want to see him and be with him right now. I'm just writing this because I can't sleep and I miss him. I can't wait to see him and express without words how much he means to me!!! I guess I'm not looking for any advice, but if you have any advice or comments or would like to post about missing your beloved, feel free to do so!!!

It is hard when you miss the one you love. yeah I wrote my husband daily, with 4 exceptions, while he was deployed. There is a cedar chest filled with letters from he and I that I still love to read through, nothing like real mail. After I lost him I had a notebook I used as a journal and it was actually long letters to him. I am so sorry for what happened to him. I greatly admire and respect your love for him and those letters, both ones you sent him and those in your journal, are testaments to your love. Have you ever thought of publishing some of them in a book? I don't mean to be nosy at all, but I would so much love to read them. True love stories are so inspiring. Missing someone you love sucks. Yep How long til you make it home? If God wills, till next Tuesday. Can you pick up a little trinket or postcard or something you can mail with a little note daily? Might make it fun for you to treasure hunt for him! Great ideas!!! I think he would love that!!! THANKS!!! 2

And your husband has a real treasure on his hands. Thanks. He is the treasure though. I need to go to sleep now and in the morning I plan on following LFH's advice! I am sleepy now and will rest with his face pictured in my mind and feel his arms around me in spirit. .

Well, actually he's at work right now so I'm not with him right now, but I got back from NY last night and we had an amazing reunion!!! Thanks everyone for your advice.
