guest Posted September 4, 2004 Posted September 4, 2004 so i meet this guy who i thought was in his early 20s, and he offered his phone number. i'm 18, and i thought he was, at the oldest, 21 or 22...i wasn't sure. later when i called him, i found out he was 25. when i told him i was only 18, he was shocked and kind of embaressed. turns out he thought i was 20 or 21. he seems nice, and he doesn't seem like the perverted type whatsoever. assuming he's a nice guy like he seems, do you think there's a problem with the age difference? i've just never been with an older guy before (well, the oldest is a year). he even told me he was ok with the age thing if i was. just on a side note...i'm pretty mature for my age. i've always associated with older people better than my age or younger.
havNfun Posted September 4, 2004 Posted September 4, 2004 no problem - just don't let him corrupt you. I'm 34 and wouldn't mind an 18 year old. (smile)
BurningBright Posted September 4, 2004 Posted September 4, 2004 I'm 20 dating a 28 year old. At first I was a little "freaked out" as well, but now i've really fallen for him.. and I am definitely enjoying the increased maturity level!!! I have been told that I appear to be 24-25ish {when people hear me speak.. I still look somewhat young (apparently )}, and since women do mature faster then the common male, it makes our maturity pretty much level with each others.. so it's, shall I dare say... Perfect (compared to those I have dated that were the same age as myself... ) ~BurningBright
kellydontwanttasleep Posted September 4, 2004 Posted September 4, 2004 i'm 20 and i've dated a 41 year old when i was 19 he was mad hot.
Mr Spock Posted September 4, 2004 Posted September 4, 2004 When I was 18 I dated a 32 year old. If you're really mature, or he's terribly immature, you won't notice much of a difference.
