When you've lost complete contact with someone you use to date, finally see them again and everyone says what they have to say. As your departing they stop you to "say call me"? Why not just make the clean break? Why would a guy not just let you walk away? What reasons would compel you to open those lines of communication again?

Maybe he regrets his decision? That would be the only way for me. However, be cautious...
