today i really realized today that i lost my cool during my recent break up. as i have already said here that i was before i was depressed before my break up and after the break up everything was folding in.

i did all the things that other wise would not have done if i had not been depressed. i was never needy or dependent at any time during our relationship, but during the break up i found myself making calls, texts, sending gifts and so bent on winning her back because i needed her there for me at this low point in my life as i had been there through hers.

Thankfully, Im getting my 'Cool' back, i was a very layed back easy going person.

Does anyone else feel they lost their cool after the break up because of other issues they were facing?

I went outside and beat the **** out of the tree in my front yard. I'd say I kept my cool; then I flipped my car three times; I believe I kept my cool. Yeah...I'd say I kept my cool. I didn't kill anyone, lol.
