I've avoided the Ex for 2 months straight with NC etc etc and the past 2 days I've ran into her on 4 separate occasions but honestly she's looked like a hot mess each time and I'm sticking to the gym my diet and I know she's like wow the hell did I let go of because I've never looked better in my entire life. Finally have abs I'm cutting for summer and damn do I feel good.

That's why they say that even though you're sad about the breakup you should try to always look your best when out in public. Never know when you're gonna run into your ex. Good for you!

Yeah honestly all she did by using me and throwing me away was give me even more motivation to push myself to my limit. I know in the end ill find someone that doesn't take me for granted, just a matter of time.

Trust me my first break up shattered me. But it made me look at myself and it made me realize I truly wasn't happy with myself. Went from 210 to 170 I run in marathons now, eat healthy, getting my Personal Trainers license, and I should thank my crazy ex for removing herself from my life because she was a parasite.

There's no irony there at all. That isn't what irony means.

You're situation is basically a good for you situation. Very well done. I've let myself go to hell.

I'm pretty sure avoiding my ex 2 months straight with 0 contact, then running into her 4 times in less than 2 days is ironic.

No it isn't ironic. Look up irony in the dictionary. Most people don't know what irony means.

Irony is the use of words to convey a meaning that Is the opposite of its literal meaning.

So, I guess you're a living testiment that NC AND making positive changes in your life is where it's at, huh... :)

If you were just going to TELL him what it meant, why did you tell him to look it up in the dictionary? Irony is the use of words to convey a meaning that is the opposite of its literal meaning. okay....SO! your statement COULD be looked at as ironic! :D

Just playin....don't shoot me.

Would be more coincidence than irony but technicalities. Who cares. You're doing great and she's a mess. It's what all us dumpees want to see at the end of the day. The dumper who was cruel and heartless living a s.hit life of regret. Tears for them. While I play the worlds smallest violin. Womp womp.
