ive been thinking about breaking NC, i dont know why im thinking of my ex but i wanted to get some kind of affirmation that she's missing me. ive been doing better and i think it wont hurt me... why do i need this?

Don't mean to sound rude, but why would you want someone who decided to leave the relationship and toss you out like garbage like you meant nothing?? It doesn't make sense to crawl back to someone that clearly doesn't want you. Walk away and never look back because that's what she did.

If I were you and doing so much better, I would keep at it. The urge is normal and it realy may feel that you can handle it, but think about a few possible outcomes if you do break NC.

 

She may be doing so much better than you perhaps a bit too good without you in her life and it could send you back into a slumb. She could be seeing someone and chances are you start to compare yourself to that person and feel inadequate.If you are doing so much better, then by now you shouldnt even have this urge to see her-ask yourself what do you realy want from this, what will you gain?

 

I think instead of you breaking NC let her show herself (sory I dont have the background), I still think you are not ready realy and you are setting yourself up for a breakdown

yeah im sorry i know its pathetic. i just hate how im thinking of all the things we used to do for no apparent reason and its making me aggitated. maybe i repressed these memories too hard and its all coming back to haunt me....
