MalePresence Posted September 2, 2004 Posted September 2, 2004 Ive went out with this girl 3 seperate times in 15 years,we were highschool, sweathearts,we keep finding our way back together,when i was 17 i moved away to play hockey we had been going out for a year already,it was sad to leave her,only to have her get with one of my friends and cheat on me,then she broke up with me while i was away,and started seeing another guy i played hockey with who was still in our home town while i was away.then we went out again at 20 until 21,she broke up with me again for another guy she went to school with,while i awa away playing hockey,then she married this guy has 2 kids with him divorced him,and we saw eachother 2 years ago at a bar and got back together,it felt good and for ever,only to have her break up with me again 2 weeks ago over email,saying she just didnt want to fight anymore,because we did so alot of that,but i refuse to listen to that just being the reason,im still devastated,she has dumped me all 3 times,and i still love her,and she says she still loves me,just cant deal with the drama we create as a couple,I feel hurt and betrayed,becasuei can picture her with another guy already,she wont return my calls or emails,for the last week,so i told her on email i was going out with some girl to piss her off,she did phone me and ream me out once last week saying she doesnt care,go ahead,but you can tell she was mad,then she said fine im going out with some guy with 12 cars,and 300;000 year salary named John,i was crushed,becasue its probbaly true,she said she just met him and wouldnt of went out with him,if i hadnt talked about another to bother her,so what do i do,im linlove with her,all my buddies say to get rid of her,hasnt she hurt me enough,what do i do,leave her alone?she wrote me a letter i got in the mail saying she misses me and loves me still,but long term she cant see us getting along,i hate hearing that crap.

I'd say believe in your "buddies" - leave her and go on with your life. I bet she is going on with life but wants you to stay put if things does not work out for her you will be there for her and you will be PLAN B. Dont be second best. You deserve better. X

I've been there myself, (YES THREE TIMES) and that ain't no good feeling, and believe me, I will never ever put myself thru that again.... As for the ex girlfriend, she isn't worth your time or a headache over so it's best for you to MOVE ON and have her COMPLETELY out your life. It's seems that she is very fickle about what she wants and who she wants in her life... there are issues that she need to deal with and the girl have a lot of growing up to do. Dont be second best. You deserve better I second that. There are many other women out there that will treat you twice as better and give you the love and repsect that you deserve. So take this advice and don't ever look back!
