I've spent the past 3 hours trying to find a wonderful paragraph in a post in the "Breaking Up, Reconciliation & Coping" section. Not sure if it was here, Second Chances, or Coping.

But the points I remember were mainly about the dumpers guilt, and then things maybe not working out so great for them after they had left you for someone else...

You made your choice, you chose not to have me in your life. Now you have to live with the consequences. That was how I remembered it, but want to find the original topic it was contained in. Does anyone where this post can be found?

Thanks for those posts guys, but I don't think they are the ones I read. I have to go out of town for the next few days, but when I get back, will have to knuckle down, and go through my browser history to find that post.

How long ago was the thread you mention?

I googled the phrase and came up with:

"He had to learn the hard way (as you are now) that cheating comes with consequences,"

It's on Marriage & Life Partnerships - Infidelity under the "should I stop revenge affair" thread - Page 8.

I've hunted the text but can't actually find it!

I'll have a look after work. It'll either be here or Coping, as I don't post anywhere else!

Not to boost, but it sounds like something I would write. Look at my profile then my stats. It should give you an option to read my prior posts. If it was me , then you can skim through them and find it with having to hunt through threads.

... shame we didn't say it to them, eh!?
