marklarsson Posted February 24, 2013 Posted February 24, 2013 I just wanted to ask. Is it necessary to unfollow my ex in twitter and Instagram even though I don't intend on using it for a long while. I'm not going to post pictures or even tweet. She still followed me on both the last time I was used it. I do want her back but I'm just taking sometime out to focus on myself. Any advice on leaving it as it is or unfollow
TaraMaiden Posted February 24, 2013 Posted February 24, 2013 If you've even read the NC Guide, you will know that No Contact involves shutting everything down, blocking, deleting and un-linking in any way shape or form.... I'm surprised you even need to ask, Mark..... Q. What should I be doing to implement NC? A. Absolutely cutting all ties to your ex. That means no calls, no emails, no text/sms, IM's, absolutely no checking FB or Twitter - nothing. You need to vanish completely from their life and in the process, make them disappear from yours.

I'm surprised you even need to ask, Mark..... I understand that but, before i stooped using it I didn't unfollow her. To unfollow her I have to log back in to do it. That's why I'm asking is it necessary to log back In just to unfollow her? Isn't that setting back my no contact?
TaraMaiden Posted February 24, 2013 Posted February 24, 2013 No. It's going back to the door to shoot the bolt and put the chain on, instead of just turning the key and leaving it at that.
Lillygoose Posted February 24, 2013 Posted February 24, 2013 I just grit my teeth and did it, not pleasant but you wouldn't want to know what the other person is doing. depending who broke up with who.. x
Author marklarsson Posted March 7, 2013 Author Posted March 7, 2013 How's about having to delete pictures from Facebook, twitter or Instagram?
mammasita Posted March 7, 2013 Posted March 7, 2013 EVERYTHING. I hated having to delete pics because it entailed having to look at them again - but I did it and YOU shoud too. 1

I want to delete it because even though I don't use them much I don't want to have to not go on them just because I'm going to see pictures of us
