creighton0123 Posted February 24, 2013 Posted February 24, 2013 I can't wait to move to a new apartment come June 1. The apartment I'm in now is the same my ex and I both picked out - only he moved out after he broke things off, leaving me stuck in "our" place. I said this before a week ago, but it sucks. I find myself having a conversation with a friend who came over tonight and were just talking about random stuff, but I said "we" a few times because I have not yet separated the apartment as my own. I hope it gets better next week when I have a roommate moving in. After that, when I say "we", I can begin to refer to my roommate and not my ex. 1
