Derpderpleton Posted February 23, 2013 Posted February 23, 2013 Ex texted me telling me that she still has some of my clothes and wants to give them to me when we work together next. If I reply, would that qualify as breaking NC? If I reply, it's only going to be a simple "alright" or "okay". Should I?
cavalier99 Posted February 23, 2013 Posted February 23, 2013 Id reply like you said. It is best to wrap all this stuff up ASAP. I had short to the point emails the week after my BU about things like this. The sooner everything is wrapped up the sooner you can disappear and never talk to them again. That's tough that you work with her.
jagdude14 Posted February 23, 2013 Posted February 23, 2013 Do not reply!!!!!!!! What are you going to say ok or alright? U r just doing that in hopes of a bigger convo strikes up. She will bring them anyways. Do not tear apart what you built up in nc for an ok
Author Derpderpleton Posted February 23, 2013 Author Posted February 23, 2013 Yeah it really sucks. Even worse, our families are pretty close. It's been a month since the BU and almost 2 weeks of NC. She could have done this a long time ago, but it's whatever. I guess I'll reply. Thanks for the advice!
Author Derpderpleton Posted February 23, 2013 Author Posted February 23, 2013 I'm actually replying just to let her know that it's fine for her to bring my stuff to me at work. In all honesty, I hope that she doesn't try to strike up a conversation. That's when I'll really ignore it.
