Tracy1970 Posted August 31, 2004 Posted August 31, 2004 I moved in with my boyfriend 7 months ago, I Love him very much but his ex girlfriends keep calling him, he says that they are just friends... This one particular female calls him quite a bit and she will leave messages on his cell phone... She knows we are together, Sometimes I think she is caling so much because she wants us to break up so she can have him back....I'm confused I Love this man he is really good to me he treats me really good and I dont want to lose him.... Do you think it's right for your boyfriend/girlfriend to still talk to the ex,
Taken_Angel Posted August 31, 2004 Posted August 31, 2004 In "passing by" casually yes, in the exes still calling all the time "hell no" I think an ex is an ex for a reason. Does he give them false hope?? Why would they continue to call unless they seeking something with him?? If my BF had any exes that still called and he was ok with it, I don't think I'd be. I wouldn't have my exes calling my house because unless they have kids they need to discuss what else warrants constant contact??
Girlie Posted August 31, 2004 Posted August 31, 2004 I don't necessarily have a problem with an ex saying hi every once in a while. But calling all of the time? Yea, I think I'd be a little annoyed. What can you do but talk to him about though? Make sure he knows that you're not thrilled about it. Suggest he quit communicating with her quite as often. You can be nice about it, but make sure that your feelings are known. It's obviously bothering you alot, and he should be made aware of that, if he isn't already.
