Hello!

After months of quietness I have fixed a date for next Saturday. With a Russian girl living in Belgium in fact. I show great interest in her country, so at least that should be a good, mutual starting point to talk about.

However, she did ask me already why I don't have a girlfriend. I felt so bad hearing that question and knowing in fact I have never had a girlfriend, aged 24. How do I cope with these sort of questions without having to lie but not feeling bad about myself either? (I told her I don't have a big social life, which is the truth. She didn't seem to mind)

Normally speaking I'm quite good when it comes to dates, even if I say so of myself. However, given that we will meet in my former student city, there is a bit of a problem. There is not a lot to do there. It has its nice places, but I won't be able to show her anything new I'm sure. So what can I do to entertain her even though the circumstances don't seem to favour this?

Furthermore, I have one huge flaw. I never know when to move in for the kiss... for once, I'd like not to spoil it. Given there could be many dates in the future, I don't want to rush it either though.

All help is welcome and wish me luck
