I try to find something bad from the relationship so i can forget about him but i can't. I cannot eat, and even listen to music because it reminds me of him. What to do?

You deserve an explanation, none of this he cared for you too much crap they pull these days. I broke up with my ex mid last year, I told her exactly all the reasons.
