enjoys cooking (at least learning) and isn't a total slob in the home.

 

Is artistic in his own ways. Enjoys activities outdoors quite a bit.

Someone who can fix more than a sandwich. I'm the handy person around these parts. So Promises get you someone good with their hands.

 

 

Double meaning there :)

You'd be surprised at how quickly you can spot a man who would be adverse to adoption or more so 'wanting to spread his dna'.

 

There are also those men who seem 'into YOU' and at the end of the day wouldn't care either way. THESE men are worth gold. This should be #1 on my list actually.

None of these men exist. I know; I have tried to find them.

 

For me, honesty and loyalty are at the top of the list.

 

Also, sense of humor. Intelligent. Doesn't talk too much. Isn't egotistical.

 

No back hair. Picks his underwear up off the floor. Does not call his mother twice a day.

 

Is employed.

 

I can tell you, that after placing a really nice ad on a dating site about three years ago, my standards slowly - and depressingly - went from "looking for intelligent, articulate, honest single man (separated men need not reply).. " with a well-written description of myself, to: "Must have most of his front teeth. Must be able to spell most two-syllable words. Must not live with his mother or his ex-wife or his wife". :rolleyes:

 

Now I've given up, and I haven't had a sex life since George Bush was in office.

Is appreciative

Flexible and adaptive

Is not the center of the universe

Enjoys reading and music

Is not a couch potato and likes to go outside

Doesn't think the world owes him things

Is willing to work for what he wants

A smile that touches his eyes

Makes kissing a priority

Is responsive and imaginative in bed or at least willing to be and I'm a huge fan if his ass looks great in blue jeans.

Independence - I don’t want a guy to need me. I want a guy to want me, to desire me, to like me. But I sure want him to have his own space and life.

Isn't the new "Bachelor" supposed to be a virgin?

At least you'd get to "show" him how a woman likes it instead of retraining him (especially if he THINKS he's really good at something cause nobodies had the heart to tell him otherwise) ;)

 

Definitely something I felt REALLY comfortable doing AFTER I found out he had A.
