Feel more comfortable expressing my feelings to some men, rather than others

Why do I feel more comfortable expressing my feelings around certain guys than others? I'm talking about guys who I like the same amount here...so it's not as though I feel more comfortable with the one I like more, or less.

 

For example, say I was dating two guys. I have the same feelings towards both and feel comfortable in the company of both. Guy 1 I feel like I can flirt more openly with and we will likely end up kissing at the end of the night. Guy 2 I feel strange about flirting with, doubt we'll kiss, and I will likely friend zone him due to lack of progression, and maybe he will do the same with me. I can also tell both guys are interested in me, so it's not as though I can sense that guy 2 isn't attracted to me.

 

The above is a hypothetical situation, but I'm speaking from experience. It's really confusing, there are just some guys I just feel much more comfortable showing my feelings to. Which is fine...but in the example above, I'd end up liking guy 1 much more because things would progress quicker and my feelings would grow. However, guy 1 might not be right for me, whilst guy 2 might be.
